Rome restaurants..

These suggestions are from a dear friend and Rome afficionado, Joe Cianciolo…

“A few more suggestions for Rome restaurants.

Nino at via Borgognona 11, a short walk from the Spanish steps, is frequented primarily by local business folks and residents. This is where Tom Cruise had his wedding rehearsal dinner. The marinated whole artichokes are beyond description.
al Moro, Vicolo delle Bollette 13, near the Fontana di Trevi is a treat…not frequented by tourists.
A great local trattoria is Ristorante Abruzzi, just off the Piazza ss. Apostoli, which is one block north of the Via Del Corso. Fairly priced with lots of local color.
Another primarily for the locals is Ristorante L’Anloletto, 00186 Roma on the Piazza Rondanini, 51 near the Pantheon. Also fairly priced…dinner is the best time for here.”

Thank you, Joe
